It's a little harder to update my blog regularly now that classes are in full swing but I will try to go for at least once a week. I am REALLY enjoying it here - the first couple weeks were definitely an adjustment but I am having so much fun now! My flatmates are all awesome and so much fun and we get along really well. Last night we made a delicious stir fry for a flatmate dinner!
In general, I am really enjoying my classes - specifically one on sustainability and another on negotiation and dispute resolution! SO interesting! And I'm meeting a lot of really nice people!
On Monday I helped out with the exchange fair at Otago at the Canada booth which was pretty exciting because at one point we had about 7 people helping at the Canadian booth (and 2 at the very least) but the entire time I was there no one was helping with the American booth!! Which is crazy considering how many Americans are here! Anyway, it definitely made me proud to be Canadian!
We had a great weekend as well - the highlight being Saturday when we went to the beach during the day and then dressed up and painted our faces for the school's rugby game that night! It was definitely a good time!
Anyway that's all I can think of for now...but I am having a great time! Still, I miss you all and I always love hearing updates from back home!
