Hey everyone! I haven't had internet access in a while so I'm trying to fit in as much as I can while I'm on. The rest of Sydney was AMAZING! It is so beautiful with lots of parks and gardens and the harbour is amazing. I took lots of pictures and saw the opera house and the harbour bridge!
I started my contiki tour a couple days ago and it's fun but a lot of travelling! It's cool because people are from all over but there are actually a ton of Canadians on the tour (like the majority of people on my bus are from Canada)! So far we've seen lots of beaches. been to a nice resort, and surf camp! Surf camp was in a place called Coff's Harbour which was great! We stayed in cabins with bunkbeds (and our washroom had no door!) but it was lots of fun! We had surfing lessons from the guys there and I actually successfully stood up a few times!! We also saw a possum there and I got a picture. It was great. Now I'm in Byron's Bay which is the most eastern point in Australia - it's really nice but it's actually rainy right now. Yesterday morning I tried something called veggiemite (concentrated yeast extract...which they LOVE in australia) and it was absolutely DISGUSTING. I have never had such a strong, bad taste in my mouth before! I can't believe they like it here...never try veggiemite! Next we're onto surfer's paradise for a couple days which should be a great time! Hope everything at home is going well!

Ahhh im loving your updates!! And i've actually heard of veggiemite...they use it like ketchup or some topping like we do here...but it doesn't sound too appetizing! i miss you and i hope the rest of australia goes amazing!
